pasajeros que pretendan usar los servicios de transporte de cabotaje deber\u00e1n tener el \u201c<strong>CERTIFICADO UNICO HABILITANTE PARA CIRCULACI\u00d3N \u2013 EMERGENCIA COVID-19<\/strong>\u201d y\/o el\u00a0<strong>instrumento sustitutivo o complementario que la normativa vigente requiera<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ha trascendido que en principio, podr\u00edan viajar los <strong>trabajadores esenciales<\/strong>\u00a0y\u00a0<strong>quienes viajan por razones m\u00e9dicas <\/strong>y m\u00e1s adelante aquellas p<span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">ersonas que tengan la necesidad de asistir a un familiar, vaq<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">rados internos, con el permiso de regreso a casa y pasajeros con conexiones con vuelos internacionales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Texto de la Res. 221\/2020 APN-MTR:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00b0.- Der\u00f3gase el art\u00edculo 3\u00b0 de la Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00b0 64 de fecha 18 de marzo de 2020 del MINISTERIO DE TRANSPORTE.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00b0.- Establ\u00e9cese que, en la reanudaci\u00f3n de los servicios de transporte a\u00e9reo de cabotaje comercial y aviaci\u00f3n general, los operadores de los servicios de transporte correspondientes deber\u00e1n contar con procedimientos y protocolos elaborados de conformidad con los lineamientos y recomendaciones del MINISTERIO DE SALUD, cuya implementaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 fiscalizada por la ADMINISTRACI\u00d3N NACIONAL DE AVIACI\u00d3N CIVIL (ANAC), organismo descentralizado actuante en la \u00f3rbita del MINISTERIO DE TRANSPORTE.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>La ADMINISTRACI\u00d3N NACIONAL DE AVIACI\u00d3N CIVIL (ANAC) podr\u00e1 requerir la intervenci\u00f3n y\/o informes del \u201cCOMIT\u00c9 DE CRISIS PREVENCI\u00d3N COVID-19 EN EL TRANSPORTE A\u00c9REO\u201d, que funciona en su \u00f3rbita.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00b0.- Establ\u00e9cese que las pasajeras y pasajeros que pretendan usar los servicios de transporte mencionados en el art\u00edculo precedente deber\u00e1n portar el \u201c<strong>CERTIFICADO UNICO HABILITANTE PARA CIRCULACI\u00d3N \u2013 EMERGENCIA COVID-19<\/strong>\u201d y\/o el\u00a0<strong>instrumento sustitutivo o complementario que la normativa vigente requiera<\/strong>.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>ART\u00cdCULO 4\u00b0.- Establ\u00e9cese que la ADMINISTRACI\u00d3N NACIONAL DE AVIACI\u00d3N CIVIL (ANAC) aprobar\u00e1 las programaciones horarias de las operaciones de los servicios de transporte a\u00e9reo de cabotaje comercial, con la conformidad de las Gobernadoras y Gobernadores de Provincias y del Jefe de Gobierno de la CIUDAD AUT\u00d3NOMA DE BUENOS AIRES, y atendiendo a la situaci\u00f3n epidemiol\u00f3gica de cada zona del pa\u00eds, que sean determinadas por las respectivas autoridades sanitarias.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>ART\u00cdCULO 5\u00b0.- Establ\u00e9cese que los operadores los servicios de transporte alcanzados por la presente resoluci\u00f3n est\u00e1n obligados a extremar activamente los recaudos para prevenir de la propagaci\u00f3n del coronavirus COVID-19 en cumplimiento del conjunto de medidas y recomendaciones necesarias para brindar a las usuarias y usuarios y a las trabajadoras y trabajadores de la actividad las mejores condiciones de salubridad.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>ART\u00cdCULO 6\u00b0.- Comun\u00edquese a los gobiernos provinciales y de la CIUDAD AUT\u00d3NOMA DE BUENOS AIRES, a la JEFATURA DE GABINETE DE MINISTROS, al MINISTERIO DE SALUD y a la ADMINISTRACI\u00d3N NACIONAL DE AVIACI\u00d3N CIVIL (ANAC).<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>ART\u00cdCULO 7\u00b0.- La presente medida entrar\u00e1 en vigencia a partir de la fecha de su publicaci\u00f3n.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>ART\u00cdCULO 8\u00b0.-
