COMIENZA A ACELERARSE LA VENTA DE PROPIEDADES EN BUENOS AIRES POR PRIMERA VEZ DESDE 2018<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Por primera vez se registra un cambio de tendencia en el mercado inmobiliario. En agosto en CABA se registraron 3117\u00a0operaciones de compra venta de inmuebles, un 23,8 % m\u00e1s que el mismo mes del a\u00f1o pasado.<\/span><\/p>\n

Con casi 20.000 operaciones el alza es del 16 % informan desde el Colegio de Escribanos de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires. Con estos n\u00fameros, junio, julio y agosto es el primer trimestre en los que en tres meses consecutivos se generan m\u00e1s de 3000 firmas mensuales algo que\u00a0<\/span>no ocurr\u00eda desde el boom de los cr\u00e9ditos UVA en 2018.<\/p>\n

Esto reflejar\u00eda que las propiedades ya habr\u00edan tocado su fondo en cuanto a precio y puedan comenzar a aumentar de precio.\u00a0<\/span>En la Provincia de Buenos Aires tambi\u00e9n los n\u00fameros son alentadores. En agosto se cerraron 8676 operaciones seg\u00fan datos del Colegio de Escribanos bonaerense, un 19,8 % m\u00e1s que el mismo mes de 2021. Por \u00faltimo, <\/span>los brokers ya hablan de un aumento en las consultas y reservas y que se habr\u00edan duplicado “el \u00faltimo mes<\/em>\u201d. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cEl aumento de las escrituras es un indicador y hay un mayor movimiento de mercado<\/em>\u201d, dicen de Toribio Ach\u00e1val Propiedades y\u00a0\u201cHab\u00eda una demanda contenida que comenz\u00f3 a realizar consultas y a tomar decisiones de compra<\/em>\u201d, dicen tambi\u00e9n de Ocampo Propiedades.<\/p>\n

Esto se ve reflejado tambi\u00e9n por el mensaje del actual Ministro de Econom\u00eda, Sergio Massa, que descarta una devaluaci\u00f3n a mediano y corto plazo.<\/p>\n
